PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage logical data in the same manner as in the tag management of physical data and easily describe a decision table etc. SOLUTION: The physical data composed of an instrumentation tag to a real number and an instrumentation function and an instrument tag to be binary such as on/off of an instrument is managed by assigning physical tags thereto, respectively. Additionally, logical tags are assigned to constants, variables, history data, average values, etc. performed calculation/sequence processing, respectively, by using the physical data and the logical data is performed data management, based on the physical and the logical tags in the same manner as in the physical data.
