PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device for releasing charge control at the time of low temperature of a machine not only by detecting a high temperature as a result of a temperature detection sensor on an electronic circuit board, but by using the temperature for an output result of a temperature detection sensor surely attached to a fixing device and confirming that temperature inside the machine becomes approximately the same as peripheral atmosphere temperature. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic device for loading the temperature detection sensor 16 at the time of low temperature on the electronic circuit board and for changing impressed voltage and compensation control conditions of a photoreceptor charging means 2 at the time of low temperature in which detected temperature of the temperature detection sensor is equal to or lower than prescribed temperature, releasing conditions for returning control conditions to the ones at the time of normal temperature are that temperature detection data of the temperature detection sensor 16 on the electronic circuit board is equal to or higher than the prescribed temperature and temperature detection data of the fixing device is equal to or lower than the prescribed temperature.
