PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory parking garage, facilitating security control only by rotating a driving wheel in the state of getting in an automobile to thereby automatically perform necessary operation such as the elevating operation of an elevating platform or the stop operation at the top and bottom dead centers so that unspecified individuals other than a driver are hard to perform descending operation. SOLUTION: This multistory parking garage includes: a means for making the driving wheel T rotated in the entering direction get over an idler roller 36; a means for rotatably receiving the driving wheel T getting over the idler roller 36; a means for rotating the driving wheel T, thereby rotating a driving roller 410 to lift the elevating platform, a means for stopping the elevating platform A at the top dead center not to be lowered; a means for rotating the driving wheel T to lower the elevating platform A; a means for stopping the elevating platform A at the bottom dead center; and a means for making the driving wheel T rotated in the leaving direction get over the idler roller 36.
