PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide earthquake-resistant hardwares, fitted to the corner part where a first track, a second track and a stud forming a steel skeleton structure such as a steel house intersect each other. SOLUTION: This earthquake-resistant hardware 10 is fitted to an upper corner part 20 where an upper first track 14, an upper second track 16 and the first stud 18 forming a framework structure 12a of a steel house 12 intersect each other. The hardware includes: a first member 38 for connecting the upper first track 14 and the upper second track 16; a second member 40 connecting the upper first track 14 and the first stud 18; and a third member 42 connecting the upper second track 16 and the first stud 18, and the respective members 38, 40, 42 are integrally formed. In the earthquake-resistant hardware 10, the upper corner part 20 can be reinforced to prevent deformation of the intersecting angles of three members 38, 40, 42 and improve the strength of the steel house 12. Since the first, second and third members are formed integrally, the hardware can be simply fitted to the corner part of the steel skeleton structure in a short period of time as compared with the case where the members are separate from each other.
