PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cape servable as a hair cap, applied as beauty articles in hair coloring. SOLUTION: The cape servable as a hair cap comprises a sheet body forming a skin cloth attaching to borders of the hair and circularly bonding a one side of a water-proofing sheet and of an expandable structure, a front detachable element set near the bonding area and a rear detachable element set near the lateral center of the side opposite to the detachable element, wherein the skin cloth is usable as a cape by letting the head to the neck therethrough and raises the hair and presses the borders of the hair when lifted and the rear detachable element is detachable from the front detachable element by refolding from the upper side and enfolds the hair when attached.
