PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily unseal a case when storing cylindrical contents with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The case is made of a box forming piece 12 integrally cut from a single blank sheet made of paper or plastic. In the piece 12, a plurality of side faces 14, 16, 18 and 20, and lid pieces 40 and 42 at both ends of one side face 16 are formed, and insert pieces 44 and 46 are formed at an opposite side to the side face 16 of the lid pieces 40 and 42 adjacently. An unsealing port 80 sectioned via perforations 84 is formed at an end of the side face 20, and a semicircular additional unsealing port 82 sectioned via perforations 86 is formed toward a crease 28 of the port 80.
