PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-making and packaging machine capable of correcting a meander of a sheetlike wrapper by a simplified structure. SOLUTION: A plate-like frame member 32 is installed between right and left side frames, and a swing member 34 is fixed to a spindle 33 rotatably erected at the breadthwise center of the frame member 32. The swing member 34 vertically movably and swingably supports a dancer bar 36 consisting of a circular rod-like member for stretching the sheetlike wrapper F downward. Stopper members 44 and 44 are erected on the frame member 32 on both right and left sides across the spindle 33. In addition, vertically long slot holes 34a and 34a are provided on the swing member 34 to allow the tips of the stopper members 44 and 44 to be received, so as to limit the swinging range of the dancer bar 36 via the engagement of the stopper members 44 and 44 with the slot holes 34a and 34a.
