PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify mounting of a chenille on a car body without causing torsion, etc. on the chenille as the chenille is engaged with a frame body by a hook type rib until an adhesive is solidified without restriction to a shape by manufacturing the chenille by injection molding. SOLUTION: The chenille has the hook type rib for fixture, the hook type rib is inserted into a through hole provided on a frame body, and the chenille is fixed on the frame body.
