PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form deep recessed parts on the surface of a concrete product even if a dry interlocking block molding machine is used and to ensure high productivity and product strength. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the concrete product has a material supply step for filling a frame body 21 opened upwardly with a zero slump concrete material 22, a pressure step for pressurizing the concrete material 22 filled in the form body 21 from above by an upper mold 23 and a demolding step for instantaneously demolding the concrete product, which is obtained by curing the concrete material 22 pressurized by the upper mold 23, from the frame body 21 and the upper mold 23. Protrusions 24, 25 and 26 having an acute shape for forming recessed parts on the upper surface of the concrete product are provided to the upper mold 23 and linear tip surfaces 28, 31 and 35 with a width of 5 mm or below are formed to the protrusions 24, 25 and 26.
