PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning and flying game apparatus that is elaborate, cost-effective and identifiable even at night and in a dark place. SOLUTION: A spinning disk body 2 has a structure provided with transparent parts 3a and 3b and a semi-transparent part 4. A light-emitting diode 5, a connector 6 for installing and replacing the diode 5 and a battery housing part 7 for installing a battery as a power source for the connector 6, are installed. Pawls 8 are provided in the semi-transparent part 4 so that the transparent parts 3a and 3b can be detached and exchanged for those of different kinds and colors when the transparent parts 3a and 3b and the semi-transparent part 4 are separated in two layers.
