摘要 <p>The device (10) has a pair of flow control valves (28a,28b) mounted in respective installation openings (26a,26b) formed on the cylinder block (14). Each flow control valve has a needle (68) engaged to a rotatable component (66) for adjusting and stopping the flow of fluid through the bypass paths (58a,58b,60a,60b) when a piston (20) is shifted in the cylinder block. The bypass paths are formed in respective installation openings, and connected to the cylinder chambers (36,38) and ports (12a,12b) formed in the cylinder block. The piston moves in axial direction within the cylinder chambers. Pressure fluid is supplied and discharged through the ports. A cover is provided to cover the gap between the installation opening and rotatable component of each flow control valve. A stopper coil is provided to prevent the rotatable component from shifting during its rotation.</p>
