PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically washing raw materials, separating earth and stone and supplying the raw materials in a tofu making apparatus is provided. It remarkably reduces the space, manpower or time necessary for the production of tofu and increases the space efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for automatically washing raw materials, separating earth and stone and supplying the raw materials(100) comprises: an inlet and storage part(200) containing a raw material supply part(250) for throwing and storing beans(11) and foreign material(12); a washing part(400) containing water supply pipes(410,462) and water discharge pipes(420,510); and a transfer part(300) containing a rotating shaft(330) attached with a screw(340). The raw material supply part contains a raw material supply valve and a bean control valve(252). An air supply pipe(253) is formed between the raw material supply and raw material control valves.
