<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collimator for X-ray detectors, capable of controlling scattered X-rays in a high level, even with a structure of 2 members joined together. <P>SOLUTION: The collimator for X-ray detectors is formed by bonding a 1st member 21 and a 2nd member 22, wherein a plurality of slits 12 are provided, extending in the depth direction corresponding to a plurality of X-ray sensors of a linear array. The collimator is provided in the front of the X-ray detectors for controlling scattered X-rays incident on the X-ray sensors. For the collimator, a step section 29 is provided on a bond surface 28 for controlling the scattered X-rays incident on the X-ray sensors by this step section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
