PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage magnetic field sensing device with a simple structure which ensures the detection of a magnetism over a wide range. SOLUTION: On a glass substrate 4, a sensing layer 6 to detect the presence of the magnetism is laminated into a sheet shape, and a layer 8 including two terminals is formed integrally with the sensing layer 6.
