PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a connector coupling work easy to carry out even if a conneotr is compact, and facilitate molding of a housing. SOLUTION: A fitting protruded part 25 installed at a reinforcing tab 21 composed of a metal plate to be fixed to a housing 3 of a first electric connector 1 is fitted into a fitting groove 26 of a housing 30 of a second electric connector 2. The fitting protruded part 25 and the fitting groove 26 have mutually corresponding tilting-state guide faces 27, 28. By introducing the fitting protruded part 25 into the fitting groove 26, a specified amount of a position drift between both electric connectors 1, 2 is allowed, and at the same time, coupling of the both electric connectors 1, 2 is guided.
