PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts to reduce the cost of an air cleaner mounting constitution. SOLUTION: In the constitution of mounting an air cleaner 19 to an intake port 6a of a cylinder head 6 of an engine 1, an intake pipe 20c and a body 20 of the air cleaner 19 are integrally constituted. The body 20 is formed with an intake port 20a communicating with the inside of a fan case 32 located near the air cleaner 19. Walls rising on the fan case side and the engine side are formed outside the body 20. The body is formed by halved molds, and two molds are brought into close contact at the intake port to form the intake port in a right-angled direction to a mold stripping direction. An intake hole formed in the body is formed in the extended shape of the intake port of the cylinder head. The air cleaner and the intake pipe are thereby mounted in the air cleaner to solve a problem of a cost increase due to an increase in the number of parts. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
