PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic free from deposition of components with time, excellent in usability and feeling upon use and having a good thickening property or gelling property although an oily component, particularly silicone oil is formulated. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic comprises (A) an oily component and (B) an amino acid derivative-modified silicone represented by general formula (1) [wherein R<SP>1</SP>s are mutually independently a hydrogen atom group, a hydroxy group, a 1-30C substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, a 1-50C substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a 7-21C aralkyl group or substituted or unsubstituted 6-20C aryl group; R<SP>2</SP>is a group represented by general formula (2); a is 1.0-3.0 and b is 0.001-1.5].
