PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate frame transfer on a varying route between terminals in a wireless ad-hoc communication system. SOLUTION: When a terminal C(203) transmits a frame to a terminal H(208), the transmission of a first hop is performed to a neighboring terminal located in the communication range 213 of the terminal C(203). In the frame, the terminal identifier of the terminal H(208) is described in an ending point terminal identifier 816, and a broadcast address is described in a receiver terminal identifier 815. When the frame is received, a terminal E(205) further performs the transfer of a second hop since its own terminal identifier does not match the ending point terminal identifier 816. On the other hand, since a terminal A(201) and the terminal C(203) described in a neighboring terminal identifier 1211 of a neighboring terminal list table are described in a transfer completing terminal list 828 and a transmitter terminal identifier 814, a terminal B(202) does not perform further transfer.
