DEFORMED WALL BODY COMPONENT, ITS CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a time and labor for welding work, the retention of cross-sectional deformation, a construction error, transportation, a time and labor for construction and coating efficiency regarding a deformed wall body component in a normal alteration part of a wall body. SOLUTION: A wall body component 31 such as a steel sheet pile is integrally provided with a cylindrical joint 33 comprising an annular cross section member 33a having a fitting slit 32 or the like, by a means of welding or the like at a prescribed part in the cross-sectional direction, over a prescribed range in a prescribed part in the longitudinal direction, and the slit width b of the fitting slit 32 is equal to or smaller than the thickness t1of a member constituting a cylindrical joint side fitting joint 35 adjacently disposed and fitted into the fitting slit 32 or the thickness t2of a cylindrical joint side fitting member 35. The cylindrical joint 33 thereby works like a plate spring to prevent or reduce sand leakage and water leakage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
