PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method suitable for the ground such as a peat layer by compression and an increase in compression volume. SOLUTION: When the ground with a great void or a sedimentary layer of industrial waste etc. is consolidated and compressed, a plurality of means, which are intended not to apply a force in a lateral direction but to make the force act diagonally downward and which are formed in such conical shapes as to easily penetrate into the sedimentary layer, concurrently penetrate for the instantaneous consolidation and compression of the void.
