PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member driving device that can stop a driving source always with high stop precision while evading influence of the generation of a false pulse. SOLUTION: Signals Ch-A and Ch-B that two sensors constituting a sensor group output are different in phase and when the rotating direction of a motor is inverted, variation of Phase as the relation between their signal states is inverted. Even if a false pulse is generated for some reason, variation of Phase becomes different from before. Consequently, influence of the false pulse is evaded from the variation of Phase and a non-driven member is moved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
