PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of preventing temperature unevenness of a fixing roller by raising a sealing degree of the fixing roller and reducing the number of components and costs by multi-functionalization of the components. SOLUTION: In the fixing device 11 having a slide bearing 13 which supports the cylindrical fixing roller 11A having a heat source 16 inside, the slide bearing 13 covers and seals an end part 16A of the fixing roller 11A.
