PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll core which is used in production of a rolled heat developable photosensitive material and increases process working ratio without worrying about occurrence of static marks, and to provide a package which does not require complicated humidity control and in which performance of a rolled heat developable photosensitive material is stable during storage by using a rolled heat developable photosensitive material using the roll core. SOLUTION: The cylindrical roll core for a rolled heat developable photosensitive material uses paper as a constituent material, is used in production of a rolled heat developable photosensitive material by rolling a beltlike heat developable photosensitive material, and has a conductive moisture-proof layer near the inside, wherein the conductive moisture-proof layer has a conductivity of 50-100% measured according to JIS H 0505 and a water vapor permeability of≤4 g/m<SP>2</SP>24 h (40°C, 90% RH) measured according to JIS K 7129.
