PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure interoperability of an information system while maintaining a linear number of interfaces. SOLUTION: A reference part 12 refers to two programs. An extraction part 20 specifies a correspondence between modules of the two programs according to an equivalence relation selected by an equivalence relation selection part 44. From the correspondence, a first acquisition part 22 and a second acquisition part 24 specify an attaching map f and an equalization function g respectively.
