PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle apparatus mounting tool capable of firmly mounting an on-vehicle apparatus inside a vehicle without deforming an interior trim material of the vehicle regardless of existence or non-existence of a boss of an assist grip or a length of the boss. SOLUTION: A spacer 14 having an outside diameter in correspondence with the boss on the assist grip is provided, a screw groove 15 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the spacer, and an insertion hole 17 through which a screw 16 for fixing the assist grip inside the vehicle is provided. A spacer support hole 12 to which the spacer 14 is screwed is provided on a mounting side surface to the vehicle of the mounting member 2 mounted on a position to which the assist grip is mounted inside the vehicle.
