PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular side-view mirror whereon the movement of a vehicle on a next lane can be exactly reflected. SOLUTION: In this side-view mirror 1, a virtual axis is set on a mirror plane 10 obliquely from a vehicle side upper part to an outside lower part, and a curvature is provided so as to perpendicularly cross the virtual axis. When the vehicle 13 traveling on the next lane 12 approaches an own vehicle, a mirror image of the vehicle 13 linearly moves on the mirror plane 10 along the virtual axis.
