PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin laminate having a surface layer high in glossiness and excellent in flexibility and scratch resistance. SOLUTION: The resin laminate comprises a resin substrate and the surface layer formed on the design surface side of the substrate. The resin substrate is composed of one or more areas which are arranged along the surface layer and selected from the group consisting of an olefin resin, an olefinic elastomer, and a styrenic elastomer. The surface layer is formed from a resin for which composite molding by fusion to the resin substrate is possible and which satisfies the conditions of (1) JIS-A hardness by JIS K6253 is at least 90, (2) surface gloss by JIS Z8741 is at least 10%, and (3) the depth of a hurt is 30μm or below when the surface is hurt by a vertical load of 500 g with the use of a semi-spherical sapphire scratching needle with a tip of 0.05 mm radius.
