PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control wall using visco-elastic material, exhibiting an excellent vibration control effect to a strong earthquake. SOLUTION: This vibration control wall 10 includes: a first vibration control plate 12 fixed to an upper long beam 2; a second vibration control plate 14 fixed to a lower long beam 14 to overlap the first vibration control plate 12 at a space between them; and a visco-elastic member 2 interposed between the vibration control plates 12, 14. The visco-elastic member 24 is formed like a belt and provided at a space serving as a slit 26. The visco-elastic member is formed of rubber having low rigidity such as styrene rubber.
