<p>Provided is a video alerting method in a synchronous wireless telecommunication system and a computer-readable recording medium for recording the video alerting method. In the video alerting method of the present research, video predetermined by a called party, such as a still image or a moving picture, is transmitted to a call transmitting mobile station independently or along with a pre-established audio data, such as music, during call alerting in the synchronous wireless telecommunication system, e.g., CDMA-2000. The video alerting method includes the steps of: a) a called party establishing video to be transmitted to a call transmitting mobile station during call alerting; b) allocating a channel for transmitting both voice and data simultaneously between the call transmitting mobile station and the synchronous network; and c) transmitting the video established for the call receiving mobile station to the call transmitting mobile station through the channel where the voice and data can be transmitted simultaneously in the synchronous network.</p> |
