The unit is fitted with a stand assembled of a u-shaped base (1, 2) and a rectangular rear frame (3) clad with a front sheet. Two reinforcing bars (4) are diagonally joined between base (1, 2) and rear frame (3). A washbasin (5), complete with tap (6) and waste pipe (14), is joined to the front sheet (3) as well as a hot water supply device (9) located underneath the basin (5). A soap dispenser (10, 11) and a holding device (12) for a kitchen roll (13) are also integrated in the unit.
