摘要 PURPOSE: A plane bearing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent fatigue strength of the plane bearing from lowering by allowing a sliding layer of the plane bearing to have sufficient Sn. CONSTITUTION: A plane bearing includes a sliding layer(10), an anti-diffusion layer(20), an intermediate layer(30) and a base layer(40). The sliding layer(10) is formed at an innermost portion of the plane bearing and directly makes contact with a shaft. The sliding layer(10) has superior endurance against frictional force applied thereto by means of the shaft. The anti-diffusion layer(20) is aligned at an outer portion of the sliding layer(10). The anti-diffusion layer(20) is made from Ni and positioned between the sliding layer(10) and the intermediate layer(30) so as to prevent fatigue strength of the plane bearing from lowering. The intermediate layer(30) is positioned at an outer portion of the anti-diffusion layer(20).
