The system comprises a part revolving to azimuth, in the form of a phase aerial lattice with electronically controllable beam by elevation. The system is built of multiple (multi)layer structures, positioned in stories, including micro band aerial elements (12), supplying lines (20), which transmit and unite the electromagnetic energy in a suitable manner, forming the required phase and amplitude ratios between the individual aerial elements. Multiple electronic units (28) perform amplification, phase formation, frequency conversion and control of the received signal. The system also includes supply and control circuits for the electronic units, multiple vertical transitions (13) ensuring the transition of the electromagnetic energy between the stories, frequency converter and revolving transition (18), conducting the received signal, supply and control electric circuits to the stationary part. It also comprises sensors, recording the 3-dimensional movement of the system, as well as control and supply units. The stationary part includes a bottom (10), cover (2), with a radio-transparent part (1), supporting elements, motor (11) mechanical transmission and multiple electronic units (19, 6, 7). 50 claims, 6 figures
