PURPOSE: Provided is a disposable wet tissue article comprising non-woven fabric and lotion component with diethyltoluamide and hydroxy alkylated cyclodextrin added for insect repellent function. CONSTITUTION: The disposable wet tissue article contains 5 to 15 parts by weight of diethyltoluamide and 10 to 50 parts by weight of hydroxy alkylated cyclodextrin. The hydroxy alkylated cyclodextrin has active materials including medicament, drug or agent and controls water solubility. Particularly, the hydroxy alkylated cyclodextrin is hydroxy propylbetacyclodextrin. The article further contains l-menthol or menthyl lactate for skin cooling in summer.
