PURPOSE: An advertisement service method and system is provided to enable a user to receive compensation money while the user is searching for data or viewing advertisement by the unit of a page. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Advertisement content, constructed by the unit of a page according to a request from an advertiser, is stored at a repository, and a database for storing compensation money for each user is prepared(S100). An advertisement page, having an advertisement view time calculation module, is read from the repository and is offered to a terminal according to the request from the user(S110-S170). If the user views another advertisement page at the terminal, the advertisement view time calculation module transmits the advertisement view time via a network. The compensation money, proportional to the advertisement view time, is calculated, the calculated compensation money is matched with a user identification code, and is electronically accumulated.
