<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and to improve assembling by simplifying and weight-saving the guides for a flat cable in a cable reel at the rotation of the reel. <P>SOLUTION: The cable reel is configured such that: arcuate guide bodies 18A, 18B are arranged at an annular hollow part 24 formed of a fixed body 20 and a movable body 11; the flat cables 13, 14 fixed to the movable body 11 at their one-side ends and fixed to the fixed body 20 at other ends are wound reversely in the winding direction to an internal peripheral passage I between an internal cylinder 11d and the guide bodies 18A, 18B, and to an external peripheral passage II between an external cylinder 12b and the guide bodies 18A, 18B; and upper ends of the guide bodies 18A, 18B are integrated by a guide ring 19. The cable reel is rotatably supported by placing flanges formed at the guide ring 19 so as to overhang thereto on guide rails 11d-2, 12a protrusively arranged on the movable body 11 and the fixed body 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
