PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted GPS device which is cordless and excellent in visibility, and can be used on board with high light reception efficiency and signal reception efficiency of a GPS antenna. SOLUTION: A tilting wing (20) which is pivoted on a shaft (11) parallel to the upper side on the rear surface of a GPS receiver body (10) is provided on the upper surface of the GPS receiver body (10) having an LCD (12) on its front surface. The tilting wing (20) is attached with a solar cell (21) whose light receiving surface (21a) faces upward, with a GPS antenna (22) stored in it. The GPS receiver body (10) is provided with a connector (51) which is detachably attached to a sun visor (62) of an automobile while abutting by its bottom surface, and an operation part (52) such as a switch for turning upside down the display of the LCD (12).
