PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut the grass entangled around a claw shaft between tilling claws. SOLUTION: A cutting member 6 intruding from the outside to the inside of a tilling part 4 and cutting the grass entangling around a claw shaft 3 between tilling claws 2 is attached to the inside of a rotary cover 5 covering the tilling part 4 having a rotating claw shaft 3 provided with tilling claws 2.
