PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a conventional engine cylinder head that its complicated structure of being connected to a cooling fan, a duct or the like through communicating holes provided at the side of the cooling fan for generating and introducing cooling winds into the cylinder head and the resulting complicated structure of cooling air channels cause cooling winds from left and right to collide with each other inside the cylinder head, thereby being reduced in airflow rate or cooling winds in some warmed channels of a plurality of channels to be increased in strength and mixed with those in cooler channels, thereby being reduced in cooling effect, and some cooling winds having cooled the cylinder head are discharged outside as they are from an opening without being used effectively. SOLUTION: In engine 1 comprising a cooling fan 31 at one end of a crank shaft and a fuel tank 9 at an upper side portion of the cooling fan 31, the cylinder head 6 is provided with communicating holes 6c and 6d at the side of the cooling fan 31 and the fuel tank 9 is arranged at the opposite side of the communicating holes 6c and 6d.
