PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a debugging system for shortening a time required for translating, linking and loading a program, and a time required for debugging. SOLUTION: The system includes: (1) a specifying means 12b for specifying from the program a post-change function obtained by changing an initial function; (2) a compiling means 11a for translating the specified post-change function by function unit; and (3) an adding means 12d for linking the translated post-change function, and loading the linked post-change function.
