PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method for inexpensively manufacturing laminated electronic components each of which has a spiral coil conductor whose cross-sectional shape is approximately circular or elliptic. SOLUTION: A plurality of carrier films 30 having ceramic green sheets 32a-32c, a plurality of carrier films 30 having coil conductor patterns 34a-34g, and a plurality of carrier films having ceramic green layers 36a-36g, are prepared. A process for laminating respective layers and then peeling off the carrier films 30 is repeated to form a laminated body. Width is gradually widened from the coil conductor pattern 34a to the coil conductor pattern 34d, and the width is gradually narrowed from the coil conductor pattern 34d to the coil conductor pattern 34g. These coil conductor patterns 34a-34g are laminated so that the cross section of the laminated body is approximately circular or elliptic. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
