PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuity testing device for a printed circuit board that can surely determine the incomplete state of soldering connection. SOLUTION: The testing device is provided with a means for pinching a printed circuit board 5 wherein surface mounting components are mounted, acting force imparting means 9 and 8 that apply a force onto the surface of the printed circuit board in a manner that the force may be applied in a direction so as to pull the printed circuit board and a component 4 to be mounted and connected to the printed circuit board apart from the printed circuit board, and a means 2 that determines conductivity between the printed circuit board and the component under the action of the acting force imparting means.
