PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna integrated module which can shield an RF circuit element for antenna transmission/reception even if an shield cap is not provided, and can be automatically surface-mounted. SOLUTION: In the antenna integrated module, a patch antenna element is provided on one surface of a dielectric multi-layer substrate, a cavity is formed on a surface which is a surface of the dielectric multi-layer substrate and faces the above one surface, a shield is provided on the inner surface of the cavity, a GND layer is provided between the patch antenna element and the cavity in an inner layer of the dielectric multi-layer substrate, and the RF circuit element for antenna transmission/reception is provided inside the cavity.
