PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control output voltage, while keeping the voltage of transformer winding in sine wave state in a resonance type which outputs sine waves. SOLUTION: A switching power unit can obtain stable DC voltage, even if a load current changes, by fixing the phase of the drive signal of one DC-DC converter 2 in advance and changing the phase of the drive signal of the other DC-DC converter 3, according to the output voltage; and when a voltage is supplied to two pairs of DC-DC converters 2 and 3, which generate sine wave voltages from an input power source, and which are connected, in series, the secondary windings of the first and second transformers 4 and 5 connected to the output of each DC-DC converter 2 and 3, and smoothing it into DC voltage with a smoothing circuit which consists of a rectifying diode bridge 6, an inductor 7, and a smoothing capacitor 8.
