PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic roll film free of thickening of rolling and having a good light blocking effect by using a spool ensuring little load on an environment and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: In the photographic roll film comprising a beltlike photographic film with light shielding paper fixed on at least a leading end, and a spool with flanges for regulating side edges of the light shielding paper formed at both ends of a rolling shaft on which the photographic film is rolled up, the spool is produced from a mixture of 5-70 mass% of regenerated wood pulp with a polyolefin resin.
