PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face-to-face low temperature showcase for effectively executing face-to-face sales by restricting the height of the whole low temperature showcase while maintaining the effective capacity of a display room. SOLUTION: The face-to-face low temperature showcase R has an upper part provided with the display room 3 and a lower part incorporating a condensing unit 1 in a machine room 5. A front portion of the condensing unit 1 is a high place portion 10A having a greater height and a rear portion of the condensing unit 1 is a low place portion 10B having a smaller height. An evaporator 8 is arranged at a low place portion 2B of a cooling room 7 corresponding to the low place portion 10B for cooling the display room 3 inside. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
