PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen gas-barrier film, and to provide a laminate having at least one layer of the same. SOLUTION: The oxygen gas-barrier film is characterized by comprising as the main composition such a carboxymethylcellulose that 40.0-100 wt.% thereof is of acid type. This film has excellent oxygen gas-barrier tendency at high humidities, being low in the tendency of dissolving into hot water.
