PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeater for a network apparatus by which contents for publicizing a web page are substantially held and a web server is organized without preparing another apparatus such as a server or a work station.

SOLUTION: An AV router 100 includes a slot 130 for inserting/ejecting a memory card 140 to be used as an auxiliary storage device independent from a main storage device. The AV router 100 performs writing into the memory card 140 by synchronization with the main storage device, and comprises a detecting means for detecting the insertion/ejection of a removable storage device 140.
