<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a multi-input CMOS composite gate circuit which can operate at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: Corresponding couples of transistor gates of a transistor group 11A and a transistor group 12A are respectively connected to input terminals A1-Ax. Corresponding couples of transistor gates of a transistor group 11B and a transistor group 12B are respectively connected to input terminals B1-Bx.
