<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive system evaluation method and system that can reduce a cost burden necessary for the evaluation of an interactive system. <P>SOLUTION: The interactive system evaluation system comprises answer result storing means 23 for storing answer results of a subject 1 to questions by an interactive system 10, input operation information collecting means 22 for collecting information on the subject's input operations from the starts of questions to the ends of answer collections by the interactive system 10, subject's consideration calculating means 24 for calculating a consideration for the interactive system use of the subject 1 according to the answer results stored in the answer result storing means 23 and the input operation information stored in the input operation information collecting means 22, and interactive system evaluation controlling means 21 for driving the answer result storing means 23, input operation information collecting means 22 and subject's consideration calculating means 24 synchronously with the interactive system 10 to evaluate the interactive system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
