<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image printing system which provides point service corresponding to contents of a printing order or the like, and amusement contents for a waiting time at the time of printing. <P>SOLUTION: An image output device 101 reads point information recorded in a point card 125 by a point card reading writing means 117, adds a point corresponding to contents of the printing order, and records the point into the point card 125. The image output device 101 can carry out predetermined discount charging according to an accumulated point by a charging means 116, or can switch to charging using the point.
